AUTO SALES CONSULTANT
Due to our continued growth and development in Automotive Sales, we are currently looking for 2-3 motivated and energetic Sales Professionals to add to our team. We have been serving our community for over 30 years. With our recent expansion last year, we are the newest Toyota dealership in South West Michigan. We offer flexible hours, 5-day work week along with a "sign-on" bonus up to $2,500 for qualified applicants.
Automotive Sales JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPECTATIONS
- Sales Consultants are committed to becoming Automotive experts by gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles along with training offered by the dealership
- Sales Consultants are responsible to be fluent with using a CRM / Customer Data Base
- Professional follow up with prospective customers via phone and email
- Support on-line customers by setting appointments
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Automotive Sales JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our Automotive Sales Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and industries.
- Prior Automotive Sales experience is REQUIRED
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
- Computer, email and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
