2023 Toyota Tundra vs 2022 Toyota Tundra
Serving Battle Creek, MI
The Tundra is Toyota's full-size truck, and it offers all of the functionality, modern features, and strong styling you want your next pickup truck to have. The 2022 Tundra launched the model's third generation by bringing updated style, features, and mechanical equipment online. With so many improvements to last year's model, the 2023 Toyota is primarily unchanged except for a new optional package. Our sales associates at Sunshine Toyota are thrilled to show you all that the Tundra offers.
Performance
The 2022 and 2023 Toyota Tundra trucks are identical under the hood. Most trims pull 389 horsepower from a 3.5-liter turbo V6 engine. This engine links to an auto 10-speed transmission as well as rear-wheel drive. Optional four-wheel drive with low-range gearing is available. The Tundra's higher trim levels may have a 437-horsepower, V6 Hybrid Max engine. If you choose the Tundra TRD Pro for 2022 or 2023, your truck will have a rear-locking differential, all-terrain tires, Fox suspension dampers, a lifted suspension, and crawl control.
Appearance
The Tundra's exterior is unchanged from the 2022 model year to 2023. Its look is established by defined fenders and a metallic element running over the side doors. The tall front end features a bold, sculpted hood with standout, three-part LED headlights. The large grille has a wide mesh pattern and is outlined in bright metal. The only significant difference between the 2022 and 2023 Tundra is the availability of the SX appearance package in 2023. This package adds two exterior color combinations, 18-inch dark gray wheels, and dark cabin trim.
Features
The available and standard features for the Toyota Tundra are unchanged going into the 2023 model year. Some of its many features may include a head-up display, sound-reducing windows, Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 tech, a trailer backup camera, a 360-degree camera, smart device app integration with wireless connectivity, heated seats with leather upholstery, a powered rear window, keyless ignition, a digital instrument cluster, an 8-inch or larger infotainment system screen and many others.
Our sales associates at Sunshine Toyota are passionate about your satisfaction with your next truck, and we are ready to show off the Tundra's full performance abilities and features through a test drive. Visit us soon to take the Tundra out for a spin.
