What's New for the 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser?

The 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser has a commanding presence on the road and boasts adventure-ready engineering. In 2025, the Land Cruiser's First Edition model is removed from the offerings. Otherwise, it is unchanged from the 2024 version.

The Toyota Land Cruiser benefited from a remarkable style update in 2024, and these modernized elements continue to bolster the SUV's appeal in 2025. The Land Cruiser has a squared-off design with a tall nose, flat hood, and boxy cabin. Across the sides, the fenders have well-defined corners, and they are flared for an edgy touch. The molding that runs along the sides expands over the nose. In fact, both the grille and bumper are fully molded. The headlights have a horseshoe-style LED element. The optional and standard features offered with the 2025 Land Cruiser include a sunroof, underbody skid plates, and 18-inch wheels.

Under the hood, the Land Cruiser's two trim levels are engineered with the same powertrain. This is a hybrid 2.4-liter turbo, four-cylinder engine. The engine ties to an eight-speed auto transmission. This system puts out 326 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque. Additional mechanical features that elevate the Land Cruiser's performance include standard four-wheel drive, a locking rear differential, crawl control, and a front stabilizer disconnect.

The 2025 Land Cruiser seats five passengers with spacious rows, and it has a large cargo area for all your gear. Its interior and safety features include household power outlets, wireless smartphone app connections, an 8-inch or 12.3-inch touch display screen, a three-zone auto climate control system, forward collision mitigation, adaptive cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, synthetic or authentic leather upholstery, a chilled center console, a 14-speaker JBL premium sound system, Drive Connect service, a front cross-traffic warning, a head-up display, a digital rear mirror, a sunroof, lane keeping, and more.
